Basic Warrant Information

What are the types of warrant records that are available in Queens County New York? The first type of record that we will look at is a criminal court warrant. This warrant tells the judge that there is a person who they believe has committed a crime, but has not actually been arrested yet. To find out if a person has a criminal record, they have to physically go into the courthouse where the crime was committed and search through all the records for warrants.

A civil court warrant is just the same as a criminal warrant. It states that there is a person that the courts want to arrest, but they haven’t actually done so yet. For example, if a person gets out of a traffic citation, but still has an outstanding warrant, they can be arrested. This works in that the citation is an outstanding warrant that someone must get their name cleared before they can clear their name.

Another type of warrant is a summary judgment warrant. This is one that is basically a request to the courts to determine whether or not there is sufficient evidence to present a case against a person. The judge looks over this type of warrant to see if there is sufficient evidence to show that the person is the rightful owner of a certain property. If so, then the judge issues the warrant. A summary judgment warrant can be issued based on a lot of different reasons. Sometimes there is a dispute over ownership, and in those cases the summary judgment can help clear things up.

Searching a person’s criminal records can be done through many different sources. If you know a person and they tell you that they live at a certain address, you can try calling that address to see if they have a warrant out for their arrest. If they do, then you can go ahead and check it out. This is not very hard to do, and there are several different websites that will actually have these records for you. One of them is the local courthouse. However, if the person in question has lived elsewhere then you will need to check with the local police station.

These are not the only two types of warrants that exist though. There are many others, and in some cases different kinds of warrants are issued based upon reasons other than immigration related. For example, a warrant may be issued when an individual fails to appear at an important court proceeding. It may also be given if a person fails to show up when they were supposed to.

In any case, you need to understand the different types of warrants that exist so that you know what to look for if you think that someone may be trying to use you as a courier without proper authorization. Keep in mind, of course, that in some cases you will not be able to prove the validity of the warrant. This can pose a significant risk, especially for people who work for the government or law enforcement agencies. Therefore, always make sure to take a moment to verify the warrant before you transport any type of item to or from another location.
