Criminal Records – Warrant Records

Warrant Records are documents that show that a person was arrested and later, charged with a crime. Such records are available from the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office or the county courthouse. These will also include criminal records and other information pertaining to an arrest. Such records may include a person’s name, age, date of birth, address, phone number and more.

The only way to tell if there are warrants for your arrest is to look at the document. A search will bring up such a record for you. Warrant records are considered public information. However, there are usually certain conditions that must be met before the records can be searched. Before a person can access them, he/she must first fill out an application which states the reason why they want to search the document.

Warrant records can tell you many things. For instance, they can tell you whether or not a person has ever stolen a vehicle or if they have broken and entering. They can also show you if a person has ever been convicted of assault or anything similar. You may even find out information about sexual offenses. These records are not available online.

There are a couple different types of warrants. If a person is accused of a crime, their record will show the charges against them as well as the date they were arrested. However, it will not indicate what crime they are accused of. When you try to access this type of record, it will bring up all the information that is related to that person’s arrest and charges.

If you need to view a person’s criminal records, one option is to contact the county sheriff’s department. Most counties keep up their own records on sex offenders, so this is a good place to start. The sheriff’s department will either release these records to you for a fee or require you to pay a minimal fee to get them. Once you have obtained the documents, you will be able to see exactly what crimes they were convicted of. It is also possible to find out their addresses, which can be extremely helpful if you need to locate them in the future.

Some people are interested in seeing all of a person’s driving records. These types of records include all traffic violations a person has committed. This information can help you determine whether a person has an extensive history of driving issues or not. Whether you are interested in seeing all traffic violations or just general information, you will need to contact the county sheriff. The office will either grant you access to these records or require you to pay a fee.
