Where Can I Find Out About Warrant Records?

Warrant Records are a public record, and are available to the public upon request. However, Utah County often does not keep all warrants that have been issued throughout the county. If you want to search for warrants in Salt Lake City, you will need to look elsewhere. Here are some resources that can help you search for them.

Online – You can go online to find out if someone has been arrested for a warrant. The fastest way to do this is to look through the online records of Utah County. This will give you results of all warrants that are currently active. You can then search the record to see if the person you want to search for is being held in jail, on probation, etc.

Court House – You may be able to find public records at your local court house as well. Many courthouses keep up-to-date information on pending cases and other information. They may even allow you to search an individual’s court records online. However, it’s not very likely that they have access to the same level of detail as a website that is run by the state. Also, these courthouses only keep data from the past year.

Jail – If you know the address of the person who you’re interested in checking up on, you can go to the jail and ask to see their warrant records. It’s possible that they may not be aware that they have one. However, you should be able to find out whether or not they were arrested for a criminal offense or if they were convicted. If they were not, then there may not be one on their record at all. Additionally, a criminal conviction will stay on their record for a full seven years. If you’re just looking for misdemeanor records, then you won’t be able to find them online.

Criminal Records – You can also try to get criminal records on a person. If you have a person’s name and address, you can go to your local courthouse and request a copy of their past criminal history. However, this can be difficult and expensive. You may have to hire a private detective to do it for you. Also, you’ll probably not be successful if the person you want to search has a record somewhere else.

A popular way to search for warrant records is through an online criminal records search. There are many sites online that allow you to search for warrants online. To use them, you need to have some information such as the person’s name and address. However, since they are based online, it’s unlikely they will have information on a warrant for someone else if they don’t own that person’s name.
