How to Search For Warrant Records

Warrant Records in Kern County California are public information and they are stored at the Office of the Clerk Recorder. Warrant Records in California are public information and they are kept at the Office of the Clerk Recorder. These records include all warrants or court orders for arrests, searches, seizures, searches, arrests, searches and interrogations. This office is mandated by law to keep a record of warrants for all criminal activities and arrests. This office does maintain a database that holds information on persons who have been convicted of a crime and people who have been convicted of domestic violence.

The only way to get information from these records is to fill out a request for information. You can send the request in person, by mail, or by fax. If you choose to send a fax, you will be required to complete and send a completed Fax Complaint and a copy of the signed Affidavit of Involuntary Surrender. If you choose to send the request in person, you will be asked to provide your name, address, date of birth and Social Security number.

To obtain information on a warrant you must first go to the station or county courthouse and fill out an Application for Search and Release of Records. In the Application, you will be required to provide the following information: name; address; phone number and current residence. If it is known that the person has other addresses, you will be asked to provide those addresses as well. If you have new information on the person you are investigating, you will be asked to update the status on the application. Failure to do so will cause the request to be denied.

The next step you will need to take in order to obtain warrants in California is to hire a private investigator or a service that specializes in searching for criminal records. If you choose to use one of these services, you will be charged a fee per search. The price will vary depending on the information you are searching for and the number of records you wish to obtain. You will be able to search all local and state records. If the person you are investigating has been convicted of a crime in another state or country, the results from that search may also appear on your report.

It is important to note that, under California law, any person who has been convicted of a felony cannot have their warrant records expunged. However, this is not always the case. Warrant records are retained in electronic databases and can be searched electronically. If the person you are searching for has a social security number you will be able to find out if they are registered as a sexual offender in their own state.

If you are looking for information about a specific person and the records reflect this, you will want to consult a criminal attorney. A warrant can be issued for any number of reasons. The best way to find out the reason for the warrant is by consulting an attorney who specializes in the area of California criminal law.
